What a lovely stay! The runway view from our executive room made it a perfect plane spotting getaway. Breakfast was plentiful, and the wine snacks were a good treat while we enjoyed the views. Can't wait to return!

Special and clean hotel with absolutely courteous and well experienced staff who provided excellent recommendations and service. Beautifully maintained and good modern room and a comfy bed. Extensive breakfast with how the designer bath felt like and very good coffee, as example - well worth the money. Easy 5 minutes' ride to and from airport.
Hair in the room.

The breakfast was very good and tasty especially fresh bread, fruit and cheese they served were reasonably priced. I was given a fantastic room with coffee and runway view.

The Executive Suite was very comfortable and well equipped. In the Executive Lounge there were always drinks and a good continental breakfast. Furthermore there were canapes between 17 and 19 o'clock in the evening and bread and cheese until 21 o'clock.
Unfortunately, there was not a single European socket in the room and the distribution and assignment of the light switches was very difficult to get used to. In addition, it would be desirable if there were sockets on both sides of the bed.

This place is great, and offers excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. The staff helped with restaurant recommendations on my first stay. I'm looking forward to returning for Christmas.

A typical English buffet was presented. Omelettes were prepared on request. It was a very pleasant stay and perfect for passing through. Although a hotel bunker, it was very quiet. Almost like I'm the only guest.
When I checked out, it was unfortunately not possible to understand which terminal I have to go to in order to continue my journey by train. The lady turned her back on me and left me to myself. I found the terminal anyway. Too bad, though.

Good location if you want to get to the airport fast! Despite take-off and landing of the airplanes directly in front of the window NO outside noises - super! Small but nice rooms, good breakfast and good fitness room.
Lobby and breakfast or restaurant are a bit too cold.

I was kinda surprised to discover that the hotel is just a short stroll away from Cranford Park, offering beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. The proximity to the London Motor Museum, less than 3 km away, allowed me to explore a fascinating collection of vintage cars without hassle. As a single traveler, having a comfortable room made it easy to relax after my explorations.
